Melisa has 13 years of experience in the world of Social Responsibility by assisting brands on monitoring their supply chain through audits, consultation, training and community projects.
With an expertise in the textile and leather supply chain, seminars with stakeholders' collaboration as well as traceability projects.
Melisa has valuable experience in the luxury fashion and jewelry sectors, furthermore is a certified SA8000 auditor having assessed more than 1000 sites in 40 different countries.
She has collaborations with relevant CSR non-profit organizations such as Fair Wear Foundation, Clean Clothes Campaign and Fair Labour Association.

CSR Client Coordinator and Co-Owner of MOST
Mads is a social compliance coordinator, supporting the auditing and scheduling activities. With more than 5 years of experience in CSR client relations, support, coordination and communication.
- Assisting with proposals, traceability and supply chain mapping.
- Performs Quality Assurance Reviews with focus on Report Quality and TAT (Turn Around Time) - Conducts Operations Administrator insight for European clients and auditors (trip organization, expenses analyzing etc).
- On field experience with social compliance audit practices (CSR and International Labor Organization standards). Being on the field, first hand, is the only way to really understand the dynamics of the market.
